glauconPhilippines says close to cloning water buffalo
this is my favorite headline of 2005 so far.
the whole world is going to hell in a hen basket, but at least the philippines are ("philippines are?"
"philippines is"? what the hell?) cloning water buffalo. and look at the picture! those water buffalo are so cute!
in other news, I'm taking greek again and I got promoted to underwriter (no significant increase in pay, but half the work and greater glory). I figure if I stick with both, I'll be a reasonable candidate for grad school by next fall.

When you next visit I hope you'll teach me some Greek - Archer would enjoy knowing the numbers and colors. J is teaching him the modern greek alphabet, apparently the kid knows at least half of it so far.
